LivFit is an inclusive community that brings people together through health and fitness. Our mission is to create a better everyday life, both mentally and physically, for people who are willing to commit to themselves and commit to our process. We will challenge your strength, core, balance, stamina, and mental toughness. Our small group atmosphere combined with results driven programming will take your fitness to the next level and push limits you didn't know existed. Be prepared to work hard and have fun while you do it!
First and foremost, wash those limiting beliefs out of your head. “I’m too old, I’m not good at it, I have an injury, I’m too out of shape, I don’t have what it takes.” None of those thoughts define you or should hold you back from your fitness journey, no matter what stage of it you are in. Whether you haven’t started yet, you’re getting back into it, or you’re in the process of your journey, believe you’re worth fighting for and know there is no perfect picture of what fitness is, everyone’s journey looks different and is individually beautiful.
Like most things in life, if it’s worth having, it’s not going to be a piece of cake. Commitment and consistency are key in this journey, and at LivFit we hold you accountable and make the journey as enjoyable as possible. Don’t get us wrong, it’s going to take a grind. Pushing limits you didn’t know you had, showing up on days you rather stay in bed, finishing the set when you feel like quitting, and trusting the process when the results don’t show themselves immediately. Getting through these obstacles are going to empower you moving forward, and earning your results are what makes the process so rewarding.

Having been born and raised in Miami, Ali grew up with a basketball in her hands starting at age five. She played competitively throughout high school until she left for the University of Central Florida to attend college. Upon returning from college, she fell in love with coaching and returned to her high-school, St. Thomas Aquinas, to coach and train the girl’s basketball teams.
Her passion for health and fitness continued to grow and she knew it was her calling. She got certified as a Personal and Group trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and began her journey. She was a traveling trainer for three years before she opened up LivFit and gave her community of clients a permanent home. She is the head group and 1-on-1 trainer.
Ali brings out the inner athlete in everyone and her main goal is for you to realize how capable you actually are. She makes your goals her own, and won’t stop until you succeed.

Our 3,000 square foot warehouse is capped at 10 people per class so everyone has an ample amount of space to workout in. You will have your own Lysol bottle and towel to clean your station before moving on, so every station comes with a fresh start and you feel comfortable. You will also be given your own matt to use for the duration of the class. With our space having open bay doors, the outside feeling provides a constant circulation of air. Safety is our #1 priority!
No, it is not required.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 7:30PM and Saturday, 9AM – 12PM.

Yes, but you must cancel at least 12 hours before the start time of the class you wish to cancel in order to not be charged.
UNLIMITED members will be charged $10 per late cancellations / no shows, and class package holders will lose their session they signed up with.
Classes are capped at 10 people.
You have up until 10 minutes after the start time of class. After 10 minutes, you won’t be permitted to class.
